Privacy Policy

We collect verified email addresses strictly to process standard magic-link authentication handshakes and coordinate user profiles securely. Email addresses are never used for unsolicited marketing, sold to data brokers, or shared with third-party advertising networks. The only outbound email communications we initiate are session authentication links and optional transactional messages you have explicitly requested, such as itinerary summaries sent to your own inbox.

We read localized geographic variables and itinerary boundaries exclusively to map driving routes cleanly across non-restricted legal boundaries. Location coordinates requested by features such as Event Radar, Discovery Hub, and the Dispensary Directory are consumed in real time for proximity calculations only. This data is never written to persistent storage on our servers, never associated with your account profile without explicit opt-in, and never transmitted to third-party analytics or advertising platforms.

User planning details, saved destinations, items stored inside a personal Stash dashboard sidebar, and sound loops remain completely isolated to private tenant identity sheets with zero external distribution or tracking monetization. This includes all generated itineraries, trip configurations, packing lists, budget records, bookmarked community posts, and Trip Radio playlists. None of this content is ever analyzed for advertising profiles, aggregated into third-party data products, or accessible to any party other than the authenticated account holder.

The High Road uses browser session storage and local storage to persist age verification state and offline trip data on your device. Authentication tokens are stored securely in isolated client storage and are not accessible to third-party scripts running on any page.

We integrate with the following third-party providers to deliver core functionality:

• Mapbox — map rendering and geocoding.
• Stripe — subscription billing (we never see your full card number).
• OpenAI / Google AI — AI-generated itinerary and discovery content.

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon verified request, we will delete your data within 30 business days.

The High Road is intended solely for users who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 21. If we become aware that data has been collected from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
